Ellen, What will your schedule be like?

Glad you asked, phantom questioner....

First the basics stolen from my friend Jamie's page:
Job Description :
- private language school
- kindergartens (5 yrs)
- m-f    9-6pm
- 30-40 minute classes throughout the day (british/american curriculum)
- free flight/accommodation
 (1 bdr studio apartment)
- two weeks paid vacation and 10 national holidays

9-6pm seems like a long day for a teacher...but when you compare it to my schedule at Southeast Asia Center and now, it really isn't.

In the morning, a van will come pick up the teachers and take us to the school. I start with an hour prep time! What??? Nice! We also get other prep times peppered through the day...again...what??? I have two small preps now per week. Having several preps a day all week?? Awesome.  

We also get lunch provided for us. Kimchi anyone?

 It might be less vacation than other places, but I am there to learn about  a new culture and pay off debts.  I am dreaming of visiting Holly and Tony (friends from Quincy University)  in the Philippines!! I will make that happen.
